ELN don’t really want to, but it is ‘normal’ these days to put pen to paper to outline the terms and
conditions for you to have a great online shopping experience.

Privacy
ELN believe that the privacy of all personal information supplied to this website is really important. All
personal information shared with ELN will be used solely by ELN to conduct our business. We will not share
your personal information with any third parties, other than that for the purpose of payment processing.

Returns
Every product that is sent out is quality controlled. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us
as soon as possible so we commence the return process. All customers will be responsible for shipping and
handling charges to return any faulty item/s. If the parcel does not reach us safely, we will not be able to
complete the exchange/refund, so it is recommended that you use a tracked method of postage for safe
delivery.
Finishes, colour (especially) and sizing may vary, we accept NO responsibility for the return or refund due
to these variations.
Once your item is returned to us, and it is agreed upon that a refund is applicable, your original method of
payment will be credited less the original shipping cost when first delivered to you.
Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
Incorrect choice or change of mind, there will be NO refund.
We will provide a refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY if the item is faulty. All items to be considered for
refund are to be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached.

If you wish to exchange an item, it must be returned within 7 days of purchase along with a copy of your
receipt. All items to be considered for exchange are to be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all
tags attached.

We will not be responsible for any items returned that are not returned in new condition.
We will not accept your return/exchange if we consider the item/s used.
There will be NO exchange or refund on SALE items. All purchases on sale items are final.

How to return:
1. Please request a refund/exchange by emailing hello@esilovesned.com.au within 7 days of receiving
your order.
2. Please include your full name, reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to
refund/exchange.

3. Upon approval of your refund/exchange request you will receive an email confirming the
transaction.
4. You must return the item to us within 7 days from the date we approve the refund/exchange
otherwise the request will be cancelled.

5. The item must be returned to us using a valid tracking number. If we do not receive the item, there
will be no refund or exchange.
6. Once you have posted the item back to us please email through a copy of the tracking number.

7. Once we have received your item we will notify you and process your exchange/refund within 7
business days.
8. ELN will not be responsible for shipping and handling cost to return the item. If the item does not
reach us safely, we will not be held responsible.

ALL orders will be shipped to you from Australia. All orders will attract a shipping fee. We will do our best
